My first international story airs this week on Living Planet. It’s an environmental show on Deutsche Welle Radio, Germany’s international broadcaster. The story should be up online this Thursday. You may recognize the subject matter from this post from last month.
This piece involved my first time using Skype to record an interview. I used my computer to call Ashley Murray of Waste Enterprisers on her phone in Ghana. I was impressed with the sound quality given the distance, though there’s still a bit of an echo to her voice that Living Planet’s engineers may be able to fix in the final version.
