My fellow reporter Nina Porzuki and I headed down to Brighton Beach today to see Hurricane Sandy’s impact on immigrant communities. We found limousine driver Konstantin Dubyago in search of jumper cables after last night’s floods floated his Mercedes out of its parking space. We couldn’t get his car started, but we were happy to put him on the radio. Here’s his story on PRI’s The World. Thanks to Bruce for the driving and Andrew for the car!
